Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our roll-off container rental and recycling services.

Roll-off Container Rental

Standard rental periods are typically 7-10 days, but we offer flexible terms to match your project timeline. Need it longer? Just let us know — we can extend your rental. Additional days may apply a daily fee.

It depends on your project. A 10-yard is great for small cleanouts, 20-yard for most home renovations (our most popular), 30-yard for major projects, and 40-yard for large construction or commercial jobs. Check our Roll-off Container Sizes page or call us — we're happy to help you choose.

In most cases, we can deliver within 24-48 hours of your order. Same-day delivery may be available depending on location and inventory. Call us for urgent needs and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Dumpsters are typically placed on driveways, parking lots, or other hard, level surfaces. Make sure the area is clear of overhead wires and low-hanging branches. If you need to place it on the street, you may need a permit from your city — we can advise on local requirements.

No, you don't need to be present. Just let us know exactly where you want the roll-off container placed, and make sure the area is accessible. We'll handle the rest and notify you when it's done.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing varies based on dumpster size, rental duration, type of debris, and your location. Contact us for a free, no-obligation quote tailored to your specific needs. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

Our rental price includes delivery, pickup, a set rental period, and disposal of your waste up to the included weight limit. Additional charges may apply for exceeding the weight limit, keeping the roll-off container longer than agreed, or disposing of prohibited materials.

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. For commercial accounts, we also offer invoicing with net payment terms. Contact us to discuss payment options for your business.

Waste & Recycling

Most household junk, furniture, yard waste, construction debris, roofing materials, drywall, lumber, and concrete can go in. See our full list of accepted materials.

Hazardous materials, paints, solvents, batteries, tires, appliances with freon, medical waste, asbestos, and fuel/oil are not allowed. These require special disposal. If you're unsure about an item, give us a call.

Yes! Sustainability is core to our business. We sort all collected materials and divert as much as possible from landfills. Metals, cardboard, concrete, wood, and other recyclables are processed responsibly. We can provide recycling reports for businesses that need documentation.

You can fill up to the top edge of the container, but debris should not extend above the sides. Overloaded dumpsters are a safety hazard during transport. If you're filling up faster than expected, let us know and we can arrange a swap or additional container.
